Our story is simple: repair should be accessible, transparent, and worth trying before replacement.

Replacement should not be the default when a device still has useful life.
Customers deserve clear options before they spend money.
Better repair decisions reduce waste and protect value.
Hi, I'm Aarav Soni, founder of DrLappyFix. I started DrLappyFix in December 2025 at the age of 15 with a simple belief: technology should be repairable, affordable, and transparent.
Like many people, I noticed that customers were often encouraged to replace devices that could still be repaired. Overpriced repairs, limited options, and a lack of transparency made it difficult for people to make informed decisions about their own technology.
While researching the repair industry, I discovered the global Right to Repair movement, a movement that advocates for consumers' freedom to repair, maintain, and extend the life of their devices. Its message resonated deeply with me and inspired the foundation of DrLappyFix.
Influenced by repair advocates and educators such as Louis Rossmann and Salem Techsperts, I set out to build a service focused on honesty, technical excellence, and customer choice.
Whether it's reviving an aging laptop, upgrading hardware for better performance, or building a custom PC, our goal is always the same: help customers get the most value from the devices they already own.
At DrLappyFix, we believe repair should be the first option, not the last. Every successful repair reduces unnecessary waste, saves money, and gives technology a longer, more useful life.
This is only the beginning of our journey. Our mission is to make technology repair more accessible, transparent, and trustworthy while promoting the principles of the Right to Repair for everyone.
Send the model, symptoms, and a few photos. Aarav will reply with the cleanest next step before you commit to a repair.
